Hello, many thanks for your online query, I am sorry to hear of your breast cancer diagnosis but glad to hear you are recovering from your last round of chemotherapy. Survivor Support is the Irish Cancer Society’s one-to-one support programme, providing emotional and practical support for patients that may have questions and queries about a specific treatment of their cancer. All of our Survivor Support volunteers have had a cancer diagnosis. The volunteers have been carefully selected and trained to give support, practical information and reassurance when you need it most. You can speak to someone who really knows what you're going through. We try and connect you with someone with similar circumstances so you can completely relate to their experience. In order to avail of this service you would need to contact us on our Nurseline number 1800 200 700, from there we would take your details and match you up with one of our survivor supporters. It is a confidential service so the survivor supporter would make contact with you. On another note we would advise anybody not to disclose their personal contact details on line. I hope this information helps. Kindest Regards, Cancer Nurseline
