Virtual Fundraising

Staying at home doesn’t mean you can’t still support the Irish Cancer Society. There are plenty of fun ways to alleviate that lockdown boredom and stay connected, all whilst raising vital funds for Cancer patients and their families.

How to support Cancer patients from the comfort of your home

  1. Decide on the virtual fundraising activity that suits you best
  2. Click the ‘Get started’ button to register your event so that we can wish you luck and help make your fundraiser a success
  3. Set up your platform to collect donations (e.g. Just Giving or Facebook). We have provided a recommendation to help you get started but you can choose what suits you best!
  4. Decide on your platform to conduct your virtual event (e.g. Zoom or Instagram Live). Again we have provided some recommendations but the choice is yours!
  5. Invite family, friends and colleagues to make a donation and join you at your virtual event

Take part in the virtual Colour Dash on July 5th

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, Colour Dash as we know and love it can no longer go ahead.

Instead we are inviting you and your family to take part in the first virtual Colour Dash Family 5k.

On Sunday July 5th we're asking families across Ireland to take on their own 5k. You can bike, scoot, skip or jog your 5k dressed in your favourite bright colours.
