Arc Cork (Cork Cancer Support)

Cork ARC is a safe haven for people with cancer and their families, where you can find information, practical help and emotional support.

Our cancer support services include information, practical help, professional counselling and complementary therapies;
- We provide Drop-In or Telephone advice, One to One Counselling in-person or remotely, Bereavement Counselling, Supports for Children and Parents, Welfare Advice and Art Therapy (One to One & groups).
- You can avail of complementary therapies including Acupuncture, Massage, Reflexology and wellbeing classes of Yoga, Pilates, T’ai Chi and a Walking Group.
- We facilitate group programmes including Get Active After Cancer, The Cancer Thriving & Surviving Programme, CLIMB, Relaxation & Meditation groups, an introduction to Mindfulness, Breast Cancer Support Group, and MBSR.
- We also run one off seminars on various subjects including Diet in Cancer and regaining confidence after a Breast Cancer Diagnosis. We also provide many online resources such as guided relaxation, an acupressure guide and past webinar recordings.
