Hi Don
I had radiotherapy on my throat just under two years ago. --- its is tough going towards the end - and for a couple of weeks after, but you do recover!
I had my treatment in Cork, where are you having yours and how far in are you?

About 3 week in my mouth and tongue got so badly burnt I all I could eat/drink were the Cal-shakes and Custard etc. and those I just wanted to get down my neck as fast as possible because it was so painfull.

the BMX formular helped, as well as the Solpadol! I couldn't use the Oral Morphine as it made me sleepy (I had to drive to & from Treaments).
If you wish you can mail me direct on (bobmkp@gmail.com)
Good luck
All the best for now
