Preventative mascatomy

Hi I am having a preventative double mascatomy with expanders on the surgery on the 4th of October any advice on what i need or how long before I can go back to work feeling ver nervous
Hi Anne, I just came across your post. I hope your surgery went smoothly and you are recovering well. I had double lumpectomy & lymph nodes both sides at the beginning of the year, I would recommend giving yourself plenty of time before returning to work, I found that I didn’t give myself time to process everything which is as important as the physical recovery. Be kind to yourself x
