Palbociclib+ Faslodex

I was diagnosed with Mets Breast cancer in Jan 2018. Commenced Faslodex in February with good results. I have been offered Palbociclib in combination to the Faslodex. I’ve been reading about the side effects which are frightening. Any advice or information would be really appreciated
