Another hurdle passed. So pleased for you.
Karen
Good morning Wicklow Lady,
I'm so pleased for you and happy to know you're getting home today.
Look after yourself and enjoy the time before you start Rads.
I'm in for my 1st Rads session at 2 pm today. I'm a bit nervous about it and hope it will go OK.
Roseo
Hope all turns out well this time Mary!
Good luck with rads roseo!
Xx
Thanks girls I feel very lucky today. Just got awful news about a friend with ovarian cancer she had hysterectomy and they told her yesterday she's getting no treatment just palliative care. God we are lucky girls. Imagine getting that news!! Keep me posted roseo about the rads I'm very interested xxx
Well done girl - glad its all finished and as the others say take good care and rest up! Keep us posted. Roseo best of luck with first rads glad to hear they are easier than chemo. Mary so sorry to hear about your friend thats awful news.....
My friend passed away last night, just can't believe it and I am appreciating my life this minute
So sorry to hear about your friend, it's very hard on you and must raise all sorts of emotions as you go through your treatment.
You are right to stay possitive, in the scheme of things if you have to have cancer at all, not lucky , breast cancer seems to be the most treatable .
I have a friend with lung cancer (through smoking) and now it's spread to her brain and it is very distressing as she cannot even speak properly.
Karen
Sorry to hear about your friends.
Am thinking of you and them.
Xx
Hi Wicklowlady,
Sorry to hear about your friend. When you get news like this it really knocks you. We are so so lucky to be able to receive treatment.
Thinking of you,
Shirls x
Thanks girls, funeral is this morning, hope I don't get too upset. My friends were trying to shield me earlier in the week as I was in hospital when she was told she was terminally ill. People are so kind. Xxx
I'm very sorry to hear about your friend. It's very hard to hear that someone close to you has cancer and its terminal. Especially when you are going through treatment yourself.
Ann
Brilliant - take care
Hugs to you with your clear margins!
