I went back last Tuesday hadn't been there since September 2012. My bosses have been great. I'm doing two days a week until June then reassessing. I may not stay as things change, but I'm giving it a try. Best of luck tomorrow xxx

Best of luck to you both. That's a great achievement and must feel like some sort of normal again. It great that your bosses have been flexible too. I'm sure it's still daunting too and won't be easy.

I am going to also c how I get on. I want to give it a go as for a small company I can't have asked to have been treated better. My replacement isn't even being let go yet so as I can take it easy when I get back. Am nervous will my brain be able for it all. ( chemo brain and all. )

Best of luck superwhy... It's nice to be young back. It's a sign that you are a good way on the road to recovery. I didn't take too much time off for various reasons. I worked through chemo 2 days a week on site and 2 days from home. I was lucky that option was available. Went back full time after radiotherapy. My husband wasn't too happy that I didn't take enough time off. But I liked the normality and distraction. I definitely don't have the energy or the concentration that I did have. Also things that I used to get hung up on don't feel as important now.
Have a great day and ease yourself in.
Ann

I actually enjoyed being around to drop and pick up the kids to school. But I think it might be good for me. Less time to think of the what ifs....
