Dear Ash 87,

Sorry to hear that you are still feeling tired after all your treatment. Hopefully someone from the forum will reply to you soon. Fatigue after cancer treatments is well recognised and can be present for even up to a year after treatment so it can be very individual.

I would like to draw your attention to the following link which might be helpful to you http://www.cancer.ie/pdf/Useful_Informa ... e_2010.pdf. It’s from our website which has useful tips on how best to manage your fatigue going forward.

Recent evidence shows that a gradual return to light exercise can be helpful as a way in combating fatigue associated with cancer treatment. Alternatively you can contact the National Cancer Help Line on 1800 200 700 if you would like to speak with a specialist cancer nurse.
