Our Cancer Nurses offer confidential advice, support and information for anyone affected by cancer.
Daffodil Centres
Our Daffodil Centres in 13 hospitals nationwide are staffed by Cancer Nurses and trained volunteers who provide face-to-face advice, support and information for anyone affected by cancer.

We have a range of free services to help you, including counselling and patient education programmes to help you understand and prepare for treatment. We have information about the most common treatment methods and side-effects. You can also find more information about your specific cancer type by using the search below.

Patient Education Workshops

In our free Patient Education video programmes, healthcare professionals in cancer care provide information to guide you through and beyond your treatment including: what the treatment is, how it is given, managing side-effects, and available supports. Our cancer nurses also deliver in-person chemotherapy education in our Daffodil Centres.

A cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming. We have lots of information on coping with your diagnosis including how to cope with treatment, coping with your feelings, talking to others about your diagnosis and more.
