How does the Telephone Interpreting Service Work?

When you have reached a Cancer Nurse on our Support Line or in one of our Daffodil Centres, you will need to follow the below steps:

  • Tell us, in English, the language you would like.
  • You will be put on hold while we connect with an interpreter. You may be on hold for a few minutes. Don’t worry, we will come back to you.
  • We will connect you to an interpreter.
