Irish Cancer Society receives €1.2 million Product Donations grant from Microsoft Ireland
The Irish Cancer Society would like to acknowledge and thank Microsoft Ireland for their generous technology grant worth €1.2 million that has been awarded to the Irish Cancer Society in 2017.
As part of Microsoft’s Product Donations programme, the Irish Cancer Society will benefit from free licensing of Microsoft applications that will make sure the Society remains technologically progressive and able to more efficiently provide services and care for people affected by cancer in Ireland through the work of its employees and volunteers.
Using the power of Office 365 and all Microsoft software, we can enable much of our workforce to work from anywhere once they have an internet connection.
The Irish Cancer Society is 98% funded by the public and relies on the generosity of its partners and the Irish public to be able to fulfil its mission to stop cancer in Ireland. Without the support of partners like Microsoft we wouldn’t be able to do what we do, which is save lives.
