The Bay 10K has established itself as one of the best 10K’s in Ireland. All 10K participants will receive: A Medal, Chip Time, Draw string kit bag and Technical Tee-Shirt & Raffle entry.

This run gives you and your children an opportunity to cross the Start and Finish line. The course follows a beautiful scenic route, starting at Dún Laoghaire seafront and going through picturesque Seapoint, Monkstown, Glenageary, Killiney, and Sandycove before finishing close to the historic Dún Laoghaire Town Hall.

To join Team Irish Cancer Society, and the fight against cancer, here is what you need to do:

1. Register your place on the DLR Bay website
2. Register with us to receive your fundraising pack (Registering only with the Irish Cancer Society does not book a place in your event!)
3. Start training!
