Holiday

Hi all, new here. Could anyone recommend insurance for travel. Dr has said I’m good to go on hols, but everyone I ring when I say on maintenance chemo and ongoing, say no not covered. Just looking for a bit of advice or help.

Our phone number is 1800 200 700. We are all cancer nurses here on our support line-Mon-Friday 9-5pm. I do hope we will hear from you. It is great that your doctor says you are fit to go on holidays. Travel insurance can be so difficult.

Hi Bidz , nowhere would insure me either . I rang vhi and they asked for a letter of clearance from my oncologist so I have to send that to the vhi . Hopefully the letter will be fine . I want the insurance more so for flights lost luggage etc . So try vhi as everyone else said no ! Very annoying actually
