Moylagh JFK 50 Mile Challenge

The Moylagh JFK 50 Mile Challenge will take on cancer once again on Saturday, June 9, 2018 with participants setting off at 6 am from the Community Centre in the village. The route covers a spectacular route across Meath, Cavan and Westmeath.
Whether you walk 5 miles or the full 50 miles, young or old, fit or unfit everyone can feel the sense of achievement and support.
In the last 5 years participates of the challenge have succeeded in walking the equivalent distance from Ireland to China an amazing SIX times and to date have raised a staggering €362,000 for both the Irish Cancer Society and LARCC (Lakelands Area Retreat & Cancer Centre).
Pink Ribbon Walks
The Pink Ribbon Walk is a national voluntary movement with a big dream - a world without breast cancer. All funds raised through the Pink Ribbon Walks supports Action Breast Cancer, a programme of the Irish Cancer Society providing services and support to patients and their families all over the country who are battling breast cancer.
