Have your girlfriends over for a fun evening in and donate the money you’d spend on an evening out to Action Breast Cancer.

Action Breast Cancer strives to make a significant and meaningful difference to the lives of people in Ireland affected by breast cancer. Each year, we reach over 30,000 women with breast health concerns.
You can help us continue our work by throwing a fundraising party and join in our Get the Girls 'Round campaign, which is kindly supported by Centra. To get started, register for a Get the Girls ‘Round night.
You can then use the Get the Girls ‘Round site for tips to help you plan your event and maximise your fundraising.

A few party ideas include:
Once you've registered, we'll send you a party pack, containing posters, balloon, a door hanger and vouchers that you can use on the night of the event. Our friends from Centra are kindly supporting Get the Girls 'Round so you'll have plenty of money off coupons for thier stores to help you get started.
If you have any questions or need help registering, contact our fundraising team on 1850 60 60 60 or at fundraising@irishcancer.ie.
The money you raise will be used for:

Walk for the women in your life. Find out more about pink ribbon walks.
One of the highlights of my year has been my involvement in the physical activity programme that we piloted for breast cancer survivors in October 2010. The results from this were so encouraging that we want to make the programme available nationwide.

Friends and family are a great support, but sometimes you're afraid to tell them what's really on your mind. It's different when you're talking to someone who's experienced cancer. Thanks Action Breast Cancer!
