In addition to volunteering to sell Daffodil merchandise on the streets for us, you can also fundraise in these ways:
If you prefer, you can call or email us to place your orders or discuss your fundraising ideas: CallSave 1850 60 60 60 or fundraising@irishcancer.ie.
You may simply choose to sell Daffodil merchandise to your group, but you can also get creative and hold your own fundraising event:
Here are a few more suggestions for raising money within your club, business, organisation, church or community:
Once you’ve hosted your event, don’t forget to send us the fruits of your labour by banking your Daffodil funds and returning your unsold merchandise.
For the past four years, I have been one of the Daffodil Day organisers in Trinity College. Students always want to get involved as it’s such a good cause. Daffodil Day is one of the main highlights of the year and we always look forward to it!
Lucy Whiston, Trinity College Daffodil Day Organiser
I always gave money to Daffodil Day, and since becoming a volunteer I look forward to the day even more every year. It’s great to meet up with all the other volunteers who collect on the streets. The atmosphere is so positive and you feel that you’re doing something for a really good cause.
