The fight against cancer is as much a policy aspiration as it is a scientific and medical challenge. We work with the Government, patients, non-profit organisations, researchers, healthcare practitioners and more, to influence change and lower Ireland’s cancer rate.
Many of the important decisions about cancer are made outside of the doctor’s office. Instead, they are made in the Houses of the Oireachtas and by Government agencies. We represent people affected by cancer; and we make sure that the people who shape cancer policy in Ireland hear your voice.
We develop campaigns that will result in real change for real people. We also work with our elected representatives to ensure that cancer remains a core priority for Government.
